We collect the following data through our quote request form: full name, company name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, buyer type, products of interest, estimated purchase volume, and any additional comments you voluntarily provide.

Your data will be used to: (i) contact you and follow up on your quote request, (ii) assess your profile as a volume buyer, (iii) send you commercial information related to our products and services, and (iv) internal administrative purposes of our business operations.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties except with your express consent, as required by law, or when necessary to provide the requested service (for example, commercial management or logistics tools).
ARCO rights
